If you prefer personal service - where you actually talk to a human that cares enough to remember you and is willing to take that extra step - our agency is the place for you! Our motivation is not based upon policy production and growth. Instead, we value relationships and care enough to overcome underwriting algorithms which, on occasion, can negatively impact a policyholder. I began my career as a State Farm agent in 1985. Along the way, I have earned several company awards, none of which mean much to anyone outside of the company. My proudest achievement is the Chrystal Excellence Award, one of the elite awards recognizing consistent customer care while maintaining profit for the company. My activity in community organizations is ongoing and consistent, ranging from Optimists, Coalition for the Aging (now Newbridge) and consistent donations to a variety of local charities etc...
